Sarah is a Senior Accountant at CGF with over 20 years of experience in helping small to medium-sized business with accounting, payroll and other operational duties. Sarah began her career at LabOne. After moving to the South, she took on a role at Bayview Aviation. While at Bayview, Sarah ran all payroll and accounting, and also broadened her experience to encompass operational support. Sarah stayed with Bayview through an acquisition in an advisory capacity. During that time, she also worked at Big Picture Results, a firm focused on outsourced financial services, where she assisted seventeen small business in managing their day-to-day operations. Today, Sarah focuses on supporting the CGF portfolio. Sarah graduated from The Citadel in Charleston, SC with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.

Luke Muller is a Senior Associate at CGF, where he focuses on new investment underwriting, transaction execution, and portfolio company monitoring. Prior to joining CGF, he spent time in institutional asset management and middle market M&A roles at American Equity, NCP, Inc., and VantEdge Partners. Luke graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with degrees in Finance and Economics and was awarded the Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 2022.

Trevor is the is the President of Edgehill Franchise Holdings where he oversees CGF’s City Wide portfolio. At his previous company, NCM Associates he held multiple executive roles across both the Product and Sales & Marketing divisions. As VP, Client Solutions & Business Development, he was responsible for a large team of consultants that provided professional services and educational products to automotive dealers in North America. He was then tasked with developing and leading a new centralized sales marketing team as VP, Sales & Marketing. Trevor has spent 20+ years working with small to medium sized business owners to develop products, services and support systems that ensure profitability and growth. He holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from the University of British Columbia and an MBA from Marquette University. He has also studied extensively at the graduate level in the field of Adult Education.

Jack is Managing Partner of CGF Holdings’ Healthcare Fund, Fountain Health Ventures. Fountain Health Ventures is focused on capitalizing on the rapid advancements in healthcare, and is uniquely positioned to target high-growth opportunities in transformative healthcare technology and tech-enabled services providers. Prior to joining CGF, Jack served as Director at MBF Healthcare Partners, a middle-market healthcare private equity and growth equity firm, where Jack led the firm’s deal origination strategy. Jack brings a wealth of experience and expertise to Unified Health Ventures, having spent the prior 9 years as a Healthcare Investment Banker at Citizens Capital Markets in Boston, New York, and Chicago, where he advised Healthcare Services and Technology clients on business strategy, M&A, and debt and equity financings. Jack holds a B.S.B.A in Investment Management from the Sam M. Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas.

Andrew “Andy” Martin has over 20 years of experience in equity capital markets ranging from portfolio management to equity analysis and capital formation. Andrew served as Senior Vice President of Finance for SelectQuote for almost 10 years following EdgeHill’s investment in the company. He is a founding partner of EdgeHill, and the co-founder and managing partner of Frontier Capital Partners, which deployed hedge fund strategies inclusive of equity trading strategies, credit, and structured transactions. Previously, Andrew held equity trading and research positions with George K. Baum & Company.” Andrew received Bachelor’s degrees in both Accounting and Business Administration from the University of Kansas.

Eric has more than 20 years of experience building, investing and growing technology-enabled marketing and sales companies. With a strong background in software development and workflow optimization, Eric currently supports EdgeHill portfolio companies and identifies new opportunities. Prior to his current role, Eric founded Inside Response, a technology-enabled online marketer for the largest Insurance companies in the US. With triple-digit growth and a headcount of more than 800, Inside Response merged with a strategic partner in early 2020. Leveraging the early successes of Inside Response, Eric founded Inside Academics in 2012. Inside Academics was a leader in post-secondary student marketing and was acquired by a strategic partner in late 2018. Eric was also the founder of Prodigy Companies, Deepstar Interactive and co-founder of Answer Media. At Prodigy, he launched several digital assets (including Healthcare.com) to acquire finance and insurance shoppers at scale. At Deepstar, Eric built a platform to manage lead routing and distribution for clients in Higher Education. Prodigy’s assets were acquired by an investment group in 2006 and Deepstar’s assets were acquired by QuinStreet, Inc. (NASDAQ:QNST) in 2005. Eric received a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Emporia State University.

Robert “Bob” Grant has served as the President of SelectQuote since 2021, after leading the Senior Division and successfully spearheading the development of the Population Health platform. Previously, he served as Chief Revenue Office as well as multiple other leadership positions across the Life and Senior Divisions. His leadership has been instrumental in expanding SelectQuote’s services through initiatives like SelectRx, enhancing the company’s ability to manage health benefits and medications effectively.

William “Bill” Grant III has served as the Chief Operating Officer of SelectQuote since 2019, previously serving as the Chief Marketing Officer and President of the Senior division. Prior, he served as Senior Vice President of Marketing for the Senior division. Before SelectQuote, he served as Vice President of Sales for LabOne and increased revenues from $170 million to more than $500 million, with earnings increasing from $10 million to $75 million.

Greyson Clymer is a Co-Founder / Advisor of CGF, bringing nearly two decades of expertise in both public and private investing. Previously, he was a Founding Partner at Melvin Capital, a multi-billion-dollar hedge fund with a focus on consumer and technology sectors, headquartered in New York and Miami. Earlier in his career, Greyson honed his skills and established his reputation at Wasserstein & Co and Point72.

Tom served as CEO of one of the nation’s largest life reinsurance companies called BMA from 1983 until the sale of the company in 1990. In 1995, Mr. Grant took over as CEO of an insurance testing laboratory that had been a subsidiary of BMA and diversified the business. This resulted in growing the business from $50 million to just under $600 million in sales, making it the largest central lab in North America, testing approximately 60k people a day and generating well over 1M tests per year. Mr. Grant led the company through an acquisition by Quest Diagnostics for just under $1 billion.

Kelly Fisher is the Controller at CGF and Edgehill Venture Partners. Previously, she was the controller at Tickets for Less. She was responsible for overseeing the day-to-day functions of the accounting department. During her 13 years of service, Kelly helped grow the company into the largest ticket broker in Kansas City. She gained valuable experience in operations, accounting, and HR while working directly with the company’s President and CFO. Kelly currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Head for the Cure Foundation, a 501(c)3 organization committed to defeating brain cancer. She serves on the finance and programs committees and volunteers her time to raise awareness and funds to stop pediatric brain tumors. Kelly is the 5K Team Captain for Team Little Owl which has had the largest Head for the Cure team since 2013. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism and a Master of Accounting from the University of Kansas.

Kendall Thurlow is a Partner and Director of Portfolio Operations at CGF. Prior to joining CGF, Kendall served as the Director of Portfolio Management for a family office where she oversaw a portfolio of eighteen businesses and also held roles as an Operating Partner and Executive Chairman. Kendall began her career in Deloitte Consulting’s strategy and operations practice and spent more than fifteen years advising clients on large scale operational transformations and M&A transactions. Kendall holds a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from Kansas State University and an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke.

Rich Frankenberg is a Managing Partner at CGF. He led EdgeHill Venture Partners’ investments for the past 12 years, excelling in negotiating and executing complex transactions, implementing strategic investment plans, and managing financial operations. With an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis, he previously served as a strategy consultant focused on growth strategy and operational efficiency initiatives across various industries. At CGF, Rich also leads investment sourcing, transaction execution, and post-close strategic and operational support.

Joey Grant is a Managing Partner at CGF and is strategic leader with over two decades of successful experience in the diagnostics industry. Previously, as President & General Manager of ExamOne, a Quest Diagnostics company, he oversaw all divisions, setting the vision and strategy, and managing Sales, Marketing, Operations, Business Development, and product. His extensive background includes serving as Executive Director Commercial Sales, where he directed company strategy, managed the P&L, budget, pricing, and built impactful relationships within the Life Insurance and Health & Life Science industries.
